PROGRAM OVERVIEW

Bioscience companies rely more heavily on having an effective intellectual property portfolio than do companies based on other technologies. This workshop will cover basic elements involved in developing a commercially meaningful intellectual property portfolio for a bioscience company. Topics that will be discussed include identifying and protecting bioscience inventions, as well as decision making in developing, managing and investing in the portfolio.
