- How biotechnology-related inventions may or may not qualify as patentable subject matter after the landmark Supreme Court decisions in Mayo and Myriad
- The scope and boundaries of the FDA “safe harbor” exception to patent infringement
- The future of “biosimilar” drug approval and regulation under the biologics Price Competition and Innovation Act
