The majority of organization change efforts fail (7 out of 10). The financial costs of these failures are very high and can have lasting impact on an organization’s culture and morale. We now know the primary cause for failed change and growth is ineffective leadership. Leading organization growth requires leaders to be the change they want to see in others and their organization. Join us as we provide practical ways to increase executive presence, build trust and create cohesive executive teams capable of managing team conflict, holding each other accountable and collectively leading change. In addition, this workshop will help start-up Biotech Executives recognize and discuss Founder’s Syndrome which can stifle careers and stunt organization growth. Our exploration of Reactive Leadership versus Creative Leadership styles will offer insight into how the fear of failure, the need to protect credibility and a fear of damaging relationships can prevent start-up leadership teams from letting go and growing others.
