Event Details
Funding and support are critical early-stage company success. Join MassBio on December 1st to learn about a new funding opportunity through the Massachusetts Life Sciences Center and to learn about the variety of incubators available throughout Massachusetts.
MAP
The Life Sciences Milestone Achievement Program (MAP) is a program from the Massachusetts Life Sciences Center for early-stage companies, providing funding to perform and complete essential value-creating milestones. The grant awards range from $50,000 to $200,000 and will move technologies and companies forward. Target applicants for the Life Sciences MAP are early-stage Massachusetts-based companies that can define and articulate a critical milestone needed in order to drive their business forward. Companies must fall within one of the five life sciences sectors: bioinformatics, biopharmaceuticals, biotechnology, diagnostics, and medical devices.
Lab Incubators
Massachusetts has some of the most successful lab incubators in the world. The lab incubators are operated by seasoned, professional, fellow-entrepreneurs who understand the needs of startups. The incubators are not just small spaces, they are each well-connected to the Massachusetts life sciences ecosystem and can connect you to the supportive network that the region provides.
