Event Details

Join us for our New England Clinical Operations Executive Breakfast focusing on How to Use Metrics to Ensure Efficient Clinical Trial Outcomes and Vendor Performance on February 25, in Cambridge, MA.

More and more companies are recognizing\'Clinicalthat it is an ineffective use of scarce talent to manage clinical trials with external vendors, especially when the updates are not sufficient, timely or containing usable information. There is a tendency on the part of clinical trial management to “redo” the work or spend precious time micromanaging because the information is not actionable. We will address this challenge at our first breakfast of 2016.

In this breakfast panel discussion, we will discuss how metrics can be used to strategically direct your clinical trial and vendor toward better performance and higher quality data.

Topics will include:

  • Defining and capturing performance targets
  • Assessing quality and mitigating risks
  • Implementation tools and support
  •  Best practices from case studies focused on smaller sponsors

Speakers will be announced, and will include Comprehend Clinical, who provide a solution for CRO oversight and Quality Metrics.

This workshop is geared towards clinical operations director-level professionals and management teams of small-to-mid size life science companies.
