Young Women in Bio (YWIB) Biotechnology Career Leadership for Girls is a series of events dedicated to inspiring girls in biotechnology education and career choices. We encourage girls’ curiosity in biotechnology while nurturing a business and entrepreneurial spirit. YWIB events include exposure to many different female science professionals, their careers, and experiences; an in-depth look at a bioscience organization; and tours of bioscience facilities.

This event is open to girls in grades 6-12 who have not previously attended YWIB events. Due to space restrictions, parents and guardians are unable to participate in this event.
