Wouldn\’t it be nice to go to a networking event and not have to regurgitate your resume to every new person you meet? A place where people are old enough to look you in the eye, walk across the room and say hello, asking you about your favorite book or how you got started working in the biopharma industry. Chris Sacca, Founder of Lowercase Ventures, best known for his work with Twitter, Uber, and recent appearances on Shark Tank, was told by a mentor that if someone makes eye contact with you at an event, it\’s because they want to talk to you. Later, he reminisced while it may not have been true, it gave him enough gumption to make the introduction.
